At Standley Chasm only 50 km west of Alice Springs its a good base to use to visit the surrounding canyons and gorges.

It's so close to Alice Springs most do even stop here.

We stayed twice at Standley Chasm, with the second time we help rebuilt the board walks after the flash floods on Sunday 7 Dec 2014
